In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-University to consider the representation dated 24th April, 2025 (Annexure-M) submitted by the petitioner to the respondent-University on 09th May, 2025 for review of Ph.D Admission process in respect of the petitioner. 3. Heard Smt. Shruthi S.P., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Rajendra Kumar Sungay, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, the respondent-University is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24th April, 2025 (Annexure-M), which was submitted to the respondent-University on 09th May, 2025, within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
