ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
a. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the Hon'ble Trial Court to conduct the proceedings in speedy manner and dispose of the cases in M.C.No.777/2023 and M.C.No.7288/2023 pending on the file of the Principal VI Additional Family Court Judge at Bengaluru within six months. b. Issue such other order or direction as may be deemed fit to grant in the fact and the circumstance of the case.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a second round of litigation. Earlier in the year 2021 restitution of conjugal rights petition was filed. Now, this petition is of the year 2023 which is filed for divorce. It is submitted that the matter is pending for cross-examination from the last 1 year. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
3. This Court has already passed direction to the Family Courts to dispose of the oldest matters till 2019 by December

15, 2025. Hence, no priority can be given to MC which is of the year 2023. This Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER
(i) This Writ Petition is dismissed.
(ii) All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
