By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to direct the respondents to pay entire benefits of ex-service as fitter dated 11.12.1985 to 20.11.1990 concluding with new appointed service as Gram Panchayat Adhikari with service of 3 September 1996 with interest 18% forthwith" 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 17.12.2024 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.6 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 17.12.2024 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
