The petitioner has come before this Court under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.55 dated 29.01.2025 under Sections 191(3), 333,190,115 and 351(3) of BNS and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 25 of Arms Act has been deleted and Section 30 of Arms Act added) registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the complainant was sitting in his shop when the petitioner along with other co-accused entered his shop and threatened him to vacate the shop at gun point. 3. Mr. Hitender Kansal, Advocate appears and filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner by obtaining ‘No Objection’ from previous counsel and the same is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the complainant has levelled specific allegations against the main accused, namely, Dinesh who had motive as well and has been arrested. The fire arm weapon has been recovered from the main accused. Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Addl. AG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. He submits that the petitioner was present at the spot as per the CCTV footage which has been examined by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner is involved in 15 more cases however, he has been acquitted in 10 of them. Nevertheless, he is involved in those cases. 7. I have heard the submissions made by the parties and gone through the record. 8. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is involved in 15 more cases, which shows that the petitioner is a habitual offender. No ground has been made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
