This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Fast Track Court, Mathura to ensure the hearing and decide the Original Suit No. 214 of 2010 (Lalit Mohan Vs. Rajeev and others) pending before him is expedited pending disposal of the aforesaid petition within stipulated period of time which this Hon'ble Court may fixed." 2. From the perusal of record it is apparent that the suit is pending since 2010 and several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Fast Track Court, Mathura to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
