The following order was passed on 16.02.2026: “Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that against the order dated 04.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), two LPAs i.e., LPA-356-2026 and LPA-359-2026 have been filed and notice of motion have been issued in the same and the Division Bench has further observed that the appellants therein would make a request of deferment of the contempt proceedings. In view of the above, the case is adjourned to 09.07.2026.
