Earlier, vide order dated 17.03.2025, information was received from Police Station- Khamtarai, District – Raipur, wherein, it was informed to this Court that the sole appellant- Laxman Das died in the year 2018, but no death certificate of the appellant was annexed as the proof of the same with the said report and State counsel was directed to verify the same and submit its report on the next date of hearing. 2. Today, learned counsel for the State has submitted its report, which demonstrates that the sole appellant died on 29.12.2018 during the pendency of this appeal, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the brother of the sole appellant namely Devendra Kumar Das, who admitted this fact that his brother/appellant died on 29.12.2018 and he filed the same in his affidavit, he thereby filed cremation centre’s report regarding the death of his brother, Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 which is annexed therein. 3.
