By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Joint Director (Pension), Agra Region, Agra to decide the pension appeal of the petitioner in compliance of order dated 23-09-2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aligarh Division, Aligarh (Annexure no.-4 to this writ petition) within the time frame may be fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event appeal of the petitioner is directed to be decided within a stipulated period of time. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 5 to decide the appeal of the petitioner pending before it within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order. 5.
