DATE : 4th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- 1) Present Petition is filed raising a challenge to the notice received by the Petitioner on 21/06/2018 by the Police Superintendent Vinoba Bhave Nagar police station, Mumbai directing him to remain present for the purpose of enquiry of a complaint lodged with the police station. 2) Since the Petitioner is not represented, we have perused the Petition to find that the order dated 21/06/2018 merely intended to secure the presence of the Petitioner for the purpose of investigation and due to lapse of time, the Petition has been rendered infructuous.
