On careful consideration of Clause No.7 of the Bank Guarantee dated 02nd February, 2024 at Annexure-B and the letter dated 22nd January, 2024 at Annexure-A, I am of the opinion that, Shri.Vishwanath.B.Angadi, Retired District Judge be appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. 4. In order to avoid further delay in the matter, parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration Centre, Bengaluru on 29th of August, 2025 at 11.00 am, without waiting for further notice from the learned Arbitrator.
