JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER This petition under Section 483 of BNSS 2023, is preferred by petitioner-accused No.1 praying to enlarge him on bail, in Crime No.61/2025 of D.J. Halli Police Station, Bengaluru District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondent-State. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 13.02.2025. The bail application preferred by him came to be rejected vide order dated 24.04.2025 by the Sessions Court. 4. Learned HCGP submits that the petitioner had approached the Sessions Court during crime stage and now the charge sheet is filed. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30509 CRL.P No. 9496 of 2025 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to approach the Sessions Court afresh, in view of filing of the charge sheet and to raise all contentions. 6. Investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed. The petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court after filing of the charge sheet. Therefore, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the Sessions Court for bail, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 7. All the contentions are kept open.
