The petitioner is exempted from filing the certified copy of the first information report. 3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the respondent no.4 and the A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 4. With the consent of the A.G.A. and Sri Jainendra Kumar Pandey, counsel for respondent no.4, the matter is disposed of without calling any counter affidavit and only on the basis of records available at this stage. 5. The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned First Information Report dated 10.04.2025 in Case Crime No.0204 of 2025, Under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Cantt, Distrut Bareilly. 6. It has been argued by counsel for the petitioner that recitals in the first information report discloses a civil dispute between the parties and the dispute is not criminal in nature so as to occasion registration of any criminal case against the petitioner. It has been stated that complainant has civil remedies and the first information report has been registered only for mala fide reasons to pressurize and to harass the petitioner and to coerce him into accepting the demands of the respondent no.4 and the First Information Report is liable to be quashed. 7. The AGA and the counsel for respondent no. 4 have opposed the petition. 8. In the circumstances of the case and after considering the rival submissions of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 10.04.2025 in Case Crime No. 0204 of 2025 Under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Cantt, Distrut Bareilly till submission of the police report under Section 193 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
