JUSTICE KARDAK ETE O R D E R 20.01.2025 None appears for the petitioner on call. It is noticed that despite repeated orders passed by this Court as well as Lawazima Court, no steps has been taken, nor any representation. It is also noticed that on 11.03.2019, Mr. D. Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner had made a submission that he has received unconfirmed report that the petitioner had expired. Thereafter, neither there is any report nor any instruction. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
