This writ petition has been filed challenging the ex parte decree dated 16.1.2025 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hathras in Original Suit No.160/2022 (Brahmdev Sharma and other vs. Pankaj Kumar and othes). 3. Against the ex parte decree, petitioners have remedy of filing an application under Order IX Rule 13 CPC. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy, as available to them, under the law.
