1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: Wherefore, in the light of the above, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order, to set aside the impugned order dated 12/05/2025 passed by the Kodagu District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madikeri in CC No. 95/2024 i.e., Annexure-A and grant such other relief as this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity. 2. What has been challenged is the warrant issued in the execution proceedings. Upon enquiry as to whether the award passed by the Consumer Forum has been challenged, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has not been challenged. - 3 -

3. If that be so, the present petition seeking issuance of a warrant without challenging the award is not sustainable. 4.
