By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to correct the date of registration of FIR as 09.11.2019, which has been mentioned in the judgment dated 21.04.2023, as 25.02.2022. Perusal of record shows that in the copy of FIR (Annexure P-1), date of registration of FIR has been mentioned as 09.11.2019. Consequently, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the date of registration of FIR, which has been mentioned in the judgment dated 21.04.2023, be read as ‘09.11.2019’, instead of ‘25.02.2022’.
