The petitioners have sought for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the inter office letter at Annexure-'F' dated 22.07.2025. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondent Bank has invited Sri S.C. Dev, P.F.No.379961, 32 Batalian PAC Branch, RO, Lucknow to attend the meeting of All India Union Bank 'SC/ST Employees' Welfare Association, which is scheduled to be held on 28.07.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Bank ought to have invited the nomination from the petitioner Union. 5. Sri T.P.Muttanna learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that nomination has been done pursuant to the nomination by the Union. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has not nominated the office bearer of the Union. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28665 WP No. 22503 of 2025 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of Union would be incomplete without any office bearer of the petitioner Union being permitted to participate in the meeting. 7. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that they do not intend to interfere in the internal affairs of the Union and if request is made by the Union for nomination, the same may be considered. Said submission is taken note of. 8. Accordingly, if the petitioner Union were to make a request to the respondent Bank as regards any other nomination, the respondent Bank may take note of it appropriately.
