Learned AGA submits that the representation has been already considered and an order passed on 01.07.2024, which has been produced by the petitioner himself at Annexure-K. If that be so, the main relief only for mandamus is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order under challenge is Annexure-K. The petitioner has sought for certain documents from the respondents, which has been rejected on the ground that the said documents are not available. If they are not available, the question of directing respondent to furnish any document would not arise. It is for the petitioner to challenge Annexure-K in the manner known to law. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed off. 4. Pending applications, if any do not survive for consideration and same are also disposed of.
