(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.125 dated 14.05.2025 registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sahlawas Jhajjar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.07.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 23.07.2025 is made absolute.
