Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 140, 316(2), 318(3), 61(1) & 3(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribag. On 24.11.2024, the informant was honey trapped by named accused Mahi Singh. The informant was taken to a room where several accused persons were present there. They forced him to transfer Rupees One Lakh and thereafter, took his ATM Card and withdrew Rupees One Lakh. It was submitted that petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Learned A.P.Ps on behalf of the State have opposed the prayer for bail. -2- In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribag, in connection with Korrah P.S.
