Page No.# 2/2 2) Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Akabbar Ali, son of late Subhan Sekh @Subahan Ali, village-Rampur, Police Station-Kalgachia, District-Barpeta has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for his pre-arrest bail in Kalgachia Police Station Case No. 126/2024 registered under Sections 65(2)/351(3) BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3) Earlier on 14.11.2024, such pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was rejected by the Court in A.B. No. 2817/2024 after perusal of the relevant case diary. 4) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that on completion of investigation of the case, Police submitted charge-sheet in said Kalgachia P.S. Case No. 126/2024 on 26.02.2025 vide charge-sheet No. 09/2025. 5) In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta for his regular bail in said Kalgachia P.S. Case No. 126/2024. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
