By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- “I. Direct the respondents not to raise any construction and/or change the nature of the said property till the temporary injunction application filed by the petitioner before the court of Learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Dehradun is decided.” 3. From the pleadings made in the writ petition, it is revealed that petitioner has filed a suit for permanent injunction, in which, he has also filed an application seeking temporary injunction. 4. Learned Trial Court has issued notice on the said application, fixing 04.07.2025. 5. Petitioner contends that he be protected by granting an interim order in his favour. 6. This Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for. 7. Since petitioner is before the civil court, therefore, the civil court will examine his prayer for temporary injunction. 8. The writ petition is disposed of with a request to the court concerned to consider petitioner’s application for temporary injunction on the date fixed, provided all the defendants are served.
