(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the chargesheet dated 11.07.2023, Annexure P-11, and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned State counsel contends that during pendency of the petition, the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner have been concluded and vide order dated 16.05.2025, he has been awarded punishment of withholding two annual increments without cumulative effect. He has already filed an appeal/representation dated 02.06.2025 against the same before the Appellate Authority/Chairman, Board of Governors, which is under consideration. 3. In view thereof, this Court finds no ground to entertain the petition, and it stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal.
