No representation even when the matter is passed over twice and again called out. 2. Cost of Rs.500/- was not paid and there are five office objections, which are not yet complied with. 3. The order sheet dated 25.09.2025 reads as under: "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks short accommodation to cure the office objections including payment of Court fee. Finally, two weeks time is granted to cure the office objections on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Karnataka State High Court Legal Services Committee." 4. Inspite of that, there is no representation. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
