In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent to consider the representation dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure-F series) stating that, mistake has been committed by the revenue authorities by interchanging the entries in the RTC. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA, it is noticed that, the grievance of the petitioner is that, a wrong entry has been made in the mutation register. In that view of the matter, no purpose would be served if the representation, produced at Annexure-F series, be considered by respondent - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27415 WP No. 21243 of 2025 no.4 as there is change in mutation and therefore, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same before the competent authority in the manner known to law. 4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the same before competent authority, if he is aggrieved by the change in mutation.
