This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent concerned to provide the possession over abadi Gata No. 218 land No. 51 of respective Village-Darauli, Tehsil-Zamania, District-Ghazipur with immediate effect by the order of this Hon'ble Court, in view of annexures No. 1 το this writ petition." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite Gharauni having been prepared, the possession has not been given to petitioner. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon petitioner to move an application before respondent no. 2, within 15 days from today, who shall consider the application and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
