JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer: “a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the Representations of the Petitioners dated: 16.06.2025 as per ANNEXURE-G & H; and b. Issue such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard Sri Sharan N. Majage, learned counsel for petitioners, Sri M. Rajakumar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Sri H.L.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. The land of the petitioners which is said to have been granted in terms of the averment in the petition, becomes the subject matter of acquisition at the hands of respondent Nos.2 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37854 WP No. 28440 of 2025 and 3 – Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board. The petitioners after issuance of a final notification, have submitted representation to the respondents - authorities to disburse compensation amount for the acquired land. The representation having gone unheeded, the petitioners are at the doors of this Court in the subject petition. 4. Sri H.L.Pradeep, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioners would merit consideration and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law. 5. In the light of the aforesaid submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37854 WP No. 28440 of 2025 6.
