By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 Patrank No.1173 and 1184 passed by the respondent no.3 in respect of the petitioner transferring him from the office of Deputy Director of Agriculture, Saharanpur to Soil Conversation Lab Etah and transferring to Ravi Kumar Sharma in place of petitioner, without any further delay." 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has remained posted at the current place since last 36 years and he is not averse to the representation of the petitioner made in the above regard, being decided in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 28.06.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
