The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023, S.T. Case No.123 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Shri Sanjay Kumar No.2, learned D.A.S.J. No.1, Khunti. It is alleged that son of the informant was having illicit relationship with the wife of co-accused Jogon Soy and subsequently, he was found murdered. It was submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence and apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. From the impugned order, it appears that petitioner has confessed his guilt. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Kumar No.2, learned D.A.S.J. No.1, Khunti, in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023, S.T. Case No.123 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
