JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 5 20-08-2026 Heard Mr.Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the University. 2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s) Patna High Court MJC No.1201 of 2025(5) dt.20-08-2026 2/3 "for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 06.07.2023 passed in CWJC No.4170 of 2023." 4. The show cause of the opposite party nos. 04 to 06, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur is/are on record which shows that on 08.11.2023, the decision was taken on the representation of the petitioner and communicated vide memo no. B/2483 dated 09.11.2023. The subsequent office order dated 24.11.2023 shows that he has been given notional appointment with effect from 11.07.1980. This has been communicated vide memo no. B/2533 dated 25.11.2023. The subsequent document shows that the calculation chart dated 27.07.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that erroneous chart has been made and still some financial benefit has to be extended pursuant to the said decision taken changing his date of notional appointment as 11.07.1980. 6. This Court is of the view that a decision has been taken and on the basis of calculation chart, payment made. 7. If the petitioner still has any grievance, he can very well agitate the matter in the writ petition. Patna High Court MJC No.1201 of 2025(5) dt.20-08-2026 3/3 8.
