DATE : 07.11.2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay 140 days in filing the first appeal before this Court. 2. According to applicant, he has executed the Power of Attorney in favour of one Prakash Panjabrao Sote. However, the said Power of Attorney holder did not communicate to the Advocate at Amravati after the judgment delivered by the learned reference Court. Hence, due to communication gap between the Power of Attorney holder and the applicant, the delay of 140 days is caused. Prity 2 / 2 15.caf528.2023 3. The avernments made in the application are not controverted by the respondent. Hence, the delay of 140 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited by the appellant to the High Court Bar Association Library within a period of one week. 4.
