This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No.8632 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 & 392 I.P.C. Police Station Tarwan, District- Azamgarh pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (F.T.C.) Senior Division, Azamgarh expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the complainant in the said matter is pending since 2023 but presently even the statement of present applicant/ complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. has not been recorded by the trial Court. It is also submitted that the Court concerned is not taking any interest for disposal of the case. 4. It reveals from the perusal of the record that even in the presence of complainant the trial Court ignored to record his statement under Section 200 Cr.P.C. The matter is pending since 2023. 5. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 6. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 7. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to record the evidence of complainant and other evidence, if any, under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C., in accordance with law preferably within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. 8.
