The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crime No.25 of 2025 of Kanchikarla Police Station, NTR Commissionarate District, for alleged offence under Sections 420, 376(2)n, 323, 506 read with 34 of IPC. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners 1 and 3 are brothers of accused No.1, the 2nd petitioner is the mother of accused No.1. It is submitted that the allegation of Section 376(2) of IPC would not be applicable to the petitioners herein and even as per the complaint said allegations are not against the petitioners. 3. Considering the same, the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, Kanchikarla Police Station is directed to complete the 2 investigation in Crime No.29 of 2025, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners herein. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing charge sheet/final report. 4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
