DATE : 28 NOVEMBER 2025 PER COURT : The petitioner has approached this Court, raising an exception to the order dated 11.03.2022 in Criminal Revision No. 57 of 2019 rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Nanded, dismissing the Revision Petition presented by the petitioner.
2. The assertion made in the petition is about performing the second marriage by the present respondent and the other respondents attended the same. Although the petitioner is aware and conscious of the fact the previous proceedings are compromised between the parties, yet, the present petition is filed. 2025:BHC-AUG:37767

Learned counsel for respondents have submitted that although the litigating sides have settled the dispute, as such, there was no reason / justification for presenting this petition.
4. When confronted with the aspect of settlement between the litigating parties, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts same and submits that, in view of the same, the petitioner does not want to prosecute this petition and seeks withdrawal.
5. Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
6. However, conscious of the settlement between the litigating parties, filing of the petition, is nothing but sheer abuse of process of law. As such, costs will be mulcted upon the petitioner.
7. Petitioner shall pay costs of Rs. 3,000/- (Three Thousand) each, to respnodent nos. 2 to 9, within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
