Since identical questions have been raised by petitioners in both the writ petition, therefore, they are being heard and decided together. However, for the sake of brevity, facts of WPMS No. 1640 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed. 2. Relief sought in the WPMS No. 1640 of 2025 is as follows: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to unseal the premises of petitioners Maktab/School which have been illegally sealed by the respondents authorities.” 3. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for petitioners submits that this Court, in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 835 of 2025 has decided identical issue vide judgment dated 26.08.2025, therefore, these writ petitions be also disposed of in terms of the said judgment. 4. Mr. Ganesh Dutt Kandpal, learned Deputy 2025:UHC:7748 Advocate General appearing for the State do not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and he fairly concedes that these writ petitions be decided in terms of the judgment passed in the aforesaid writ petition. 5.
