The petitioner is seeking following relief by way of the present petition:- “(i) direct the Respondents by appropriate writ or order to decide the benefits under pension Scheme at ANNEXURE-D in favour of the Petitioner as per the documents requested by the Respondents i.e. Regional Executive Manager, Airport Authority and submited as above in the interest of justice, …..; 2. Considering the above referred prayer of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that, if the directions are issued to the respondent no. 4 - Additional Central P.F. Commissioner to treat the present petition as a representation made by the petitioner, and after considering the grounds raised in the petition and also the documents filed along with the petition, to consider the above referred prayer Clause, the purpose will be served. 2025:BHC-NAG:12137-DB 2 927) WP 2307-2022.odt 3. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, we disposed of the present petition with direction to the respondent no. 4 - Additional Central P.F. Commissioner to treat the present petition as a representation of the petitioner and consider the above prayer Clause (i) after taking into consideration the grounds raised in the petition as well as the documents filed along with petition. 4. The petitioner shall furnish a copy of the petition along with a copy of this order, within a period of one week to the respondent no. 4 - Additional Central P.F. Commissioner. 5. Thereupon, the respondent no. 4 shall take a decision within a period of six weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner. If necessary, respondent no. 4 - Additional Central P.F.
