The period of twelve months from the date of completion of pleadings ended on 24.02.2025, however, on 04.02.2025 by mutual consent the period was extended for six months upto 24.08.2025. 6. The Applicant seeks a further extension of the period for six month until 24.02.2026 to complete the said proceedings. 7. Mr. Sachin Masurkar, Advocate appearing for the Respondent on instructions submits that they have no objection for extension of the period until 24.02.2026 as prayed for. 8. Accordingly, the application as per prayer clause (a) stands allowed. An extension until 24.02.2026 is granted for completion of the Arbitral proceedings. 9.
