2. Heard Mrs. Archana Sinha, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner duly assisted by Ms. Komal and Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh for the opposite party no. 5 (Dr. Shambhu Nath Singh).
3. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

“for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 05.03.2025 passed in CWJC No. 3647 of 2025.”
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 5 submits that he filed the writ petition (CWJC No. 3647 of 2025) and got the order, but instead, the respondent no. 5, Dr. Mahatim Singh of the said writ petition has filed the present contempt petition which may be dismissed with cost.
5. At this stage, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to file appropriate petition.
6. After recording the aforesaid fact and granting said liberty, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
