Advocate General, Haryana. ..… SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner in this petition, which is categorized as Public Interest Litigation (PIL), raises a public cause that the access to Durga Mata Mandir situated between the premises of Haryana Roadways Workshop, Gurugram, has been blocked by putting tin sheds thereby denying the right to pray in the Mandir by large number of general public.
2. Since several disputed questions of facts are involved in the present case, it would be appropriate that the authorities should consider the issue at their own level before this Court embarks upon the process of adjudication.
3. Though the petitioner has already made representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the respondent-authorities but not PREETI 2025.07.11 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
