In both these Petitions, the Petitioners before us were aggrieved by the condition that a person, who has acquired the Graduate Degree at least 10 years prior to the date of elections, will be able to contest the elections for the Senate. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that now the rule has been scaled down and only 5 years is the mandate. The Petitioners have not challenged that. 3.
