Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that an order has been passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 dated 16.02.2024 but it has not yet been executed by the District Magistrate concerned. He further submits that there is no stay against the Section 14 order passed, before any court. 2. In light of same, the District Magistrate concerned is directed to act in accordance with law and grant possession of the property to the petitioner-bank, if there is no legal impediment, inter se, within a period of eight weeks from the date. 3.
