It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that application filed by the petitioner for his transfer from Central Jail, Jaipur to Open Air Camp, Sanganer, Jaipur is pending before the appropriate authority. Only prayer made by him before this Court is to direct the appropriate authority to decide his pending application at the earliest. 2. We have considered the contentions. 3. Criminal Writ Petition (Parole) is accordingly disposed. 5. The appropriate authority is directed to decide the application of the petitioner seeking transfer from Central Jail, Jaipur to Open Air Camp, Sanganer Jaipur within a month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
