The following prayers have been made in the instant petition: "i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 & 3 to decide the application dated 20.05.2025 given by the petitioner on dated 20.05.2025 before the Station House Officer, Police Station Saraikwaja, District Jaunpur and Superintendent of Police, District Jaunpur. ii) Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus directed the Respondent no. 2 & 3 to lodged he first information report in favor of the petitioner." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that her first information report is not being lodged. 3. The petitioner has remedy of approaching the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
