The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "A. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents specially respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 26.06.2025 in relation send both the parties before mediation center for settlement of the marriage of petitioner and respondent no.4." 2. The case of the petitioner is that she got married to respondent no.4 on 29.04.2025. Certain differences have arisen between them after the marriage, which the petitioner seeks resolution of, through mediation. 3. We permit the petitioner to approach the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority for pre-litigation mediation and he will ensure that the mediation takes place between the parties without any delay. 4.
