The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's claim for family pension and passed order by the proceeding dated 19.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 19.08.2025, before this Court. 3.
