The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to this Court's order, the Management deposited Rs.6,55,236/- to the credit of C.P.No.5 of 2018. The petitioner, being unemployed since, 01.12.2014, lacks means of sustenance and seeks withdrawal of 50% of the deposited amount. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent confirms that no appeal has been filed against the order directing deposit of the aforementioned amount. 4. In the said circumstances, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw Rs.3,27,618/- (50% of the deposited amount) from the Principal Labour Court, Chennai, subject to conditions, if any, to be imposed by the Principal Labour Court. 5.
