Pursuant to order dated 20th November 2025, today when the matters are called out, Mr. Joshi, learned 'B' Panel Counsel for the State appears and submits that he has examined the decision that had been tendered by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and that in fact, in view of the said decision, the Petition would have to be dismissed.
