2. The parties present a joint memo signed by the petitioners, respondent and their respective counsel. The parties would submit that placing the joint memo on record, the suit in O.S.No.193/2019 be dismissed in view

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50719 CRP No. 408 of 2022 of the settlement having taken a sum of ₹10,00,000/-, of which, ₹9,00,000/- is by way of demand draft bearing No.593358, drawn on Canara Bank, Gowribidanur Branch, dated 01.12.2025 and ₹1,00,000/- is cash.

On enquiry, the respondent-plaintiff submits that the decision to get the suit dismissed for having taken the sum of ₹10,00,000 is voluntary and there is no force or undue influence or coercion in reaching such a decision. So also revision petitioners no.1 and 2 would submit that to put an end to the litigation, they have paid a sum of ₹10,00,000 to the respondent-plaintiff out of their own volition and there is no force or undue influence or coercion in that regard.
4. Thus, there is no impediment for this Court to dispose of the civil revision petition in terms of the joint memo and dismiss the suit in O.S.No.193/2019 pending on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Gowribidanur.

5. Hence, the following:
ORDER i. Placing the joint memo on record, the revision petition stands disposed of. ii. In view of the contents of the joint memo, the suit in O.S.No.193/2019 on the file of Principal Civil Judge and JMFC Gowribidanur stands dismissed for having taken the sum of ₹10,00,000 from the revision petitioners by the plaintiff, which has been acknowledged in the order sheet and identified by the counsel for the respondent- plaintiff. iii.
