Subin & Ors” by ld. Sessions Judge, Nuh whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No. 435 dated 07.12.2018 under Section 379-B of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh, Haryana. 2. Non-bailable warrants of arrest against the petitioner have been issued. He submits that there has been non-compliance of the provisions of Section 82 of Cr.P.C. and hence, the impugned order dated 20.12.2021 declaring the petitioner a proclaimed person deserves to be set aside. He further contends that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender before the learned trial Court to attend the trial proceedings regularly and, therefore, requests that the impugned order may be set aside. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Ankita Ahuja, AAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5. I have heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file. 6. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any legitimate ground to interfere in the impugned order dated 20.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the ld. Sessions Judge, Nuh. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, on his doing so, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same within a period of three days. 7.
