By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Special Judge POCSO ACT/Additional District Judge-13, Kanpur Nagar to frame the charges against the opposite party no. 2 (u/s 328, 376(2)(n), 344, 506 of IPC & 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act) & against the opposite party no. 3 (u/s 376 of IPC & 3/4 of POCSO Act) on the next date fixed before the Learned Trial Court in S.S.T. No. 1809/2024 (State of U.P. Vs. Sahil Siddiqui and another) and further to direct the learned Additional Special Judge POCSO ACT/Additional District Judge-13, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Special Session Trial No. 1809/2024 (State of U.P. vs. Sahil Siddiqui and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 518/2024 in respect of opposite party no. 2, under Sections 328, 376(2)(n), 344, 506 IPC and Section 5(L)/6 of POCSO Act, and in respect of opposite party no. 3, under Section 376 of I.P.C. & 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
